Acceptance of Terms

By using Idrico, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Idrico is a photo-first platform for saving, mapping, and sharing travel memories. During private beta, features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts & Access

You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials private. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us and we’ll help.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the service.

Your Content & Rights

You own the content you upload.

To operate Idrico, you give us permission (a limited license) to host, store, display, and process your content only for providing and improving the service (for example: showing your markers, generating previews, optimizing media).

We do not claim ownership of your photos.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don’t own or have permission to share
• Post illegal, hateful, abusive, or harmful content
• Harass others or encourage violence
• Attempt to exploit, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service
• Use Idrico to scrape data or bypass access controls

Public Content & Discovery

If you set content to public, it may appear in discovery surfaces and be visible to others. You can change visibility or remove content at any time.

Beta Disclaimer

Idrico is currently in private beta. The service is provided "as is" and may change. We work to keep the platform stable, but occasional downtime or bugs may occur.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idrico isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages (like lost profits or business opportunities). If we are found liable, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to use Idrico (if any) in the last 12 months.

Termination & Deletion

You may stop using Idrico at any time. You may delete your account through the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as Idrico evolves. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.
